How Do You Get a Lead Paint Safety Certificate?
In order to get a lead paint safety certificate, you need to have your rental property inspected by a certified lead inspector or risk assessor. Once the inspection is complete, the inspector will provide you with a report that details any hazards that were found and how they were or should be remediated. The inspector will provide you with a landlord lead paint safety certificate if no hazards are found.
